Armando and his constant companion Henrique Bardas, are two of Luis' oldest friends. The trio are said to have grown up together, gone to school together, and got in a lot of trouble together. While Luis has left Northwood for the success he found working with Anthony "Gay Tony" Prince, Armando and Henrique have remained in the barrio where they are still often found hustling on the streets of Northwood. With Luis not around as often, the trio has become a duo in which Armando fills the role of brains to Henrique's muscle. Armando can be seen to be slightly resentful of Luis' decision to work in the nightclub business, feeling as if Luis has abandoned his origins and is trying to be something he's not.
Armando, along with Henrique, first appears when they try to get in the Maisonette 9 club, telling that they are Luis' friends, however, Dessie does not allow them to enter. Luis soon comes and drives Armando and Henrique to their home.
Later, Armando and Henrique asking Luis to help them with a drug deal with a dealer known as Papi, and protect them in another drug deal, when another gang tries to steal the drugs vehicles.
If Luis does not have a sniper rifle for one of Ray Bulgarin's missions, he will call Armando for a rifle.
Also, Luis can call Armando during Rocco's mission, if he needs any weapons.
He is still very loyal, however, to his old friend, selling him weapons from the back of his Black Cavalcade at 30% off normal prices as well as backup on certain missions. With the help of Luis, Henrique and Armando start a drug empire which they build up by ambushing drug convoys, stealing stashes and raiding deals.

Just their jokes and personalities give them so much life and relatability that make the game feel more like a movie! As a result we get left with just such a memorable duo and something that made GTA IV that much more fun to play! I pray these guys get brought back in GTA VI as they deserve a comeback! Well now we at least get them back in GTA V! Thanks to Terry Kaffarov for the help in rigging these guys as he did a prenominal job!
After the years since GTA IV's release, I have gotten the great privilege of porting these characters to GTA V! Only, I didn't do this model. This model was ported to GTA V by a very talented model author on this 5-mods page going by the name of Terry Kaffarov! A good friend of his reached out to me and made it known that Terry had planned to port all the GTA IV story characters, but he didn't get to ever complete this goal. Whether it be due to time, other goals in mind, or life in general.
I plan to pick up where Terry left off and complete his goal as I have been converting GTA IV models of my own! I was sent this model in particular as I had a few people asking me for him, and Terry's friend SkUlLiX185 on discord or new name Red Harlow6977 has given me permission on Terry's behalf to upload this model along with one other! I don't take credit in the port, but I did make him a regular addon ped opposed to the streamed version that was sent to me. My option tends to be easier with addon ped installation so I decided to go with it instead for this upload. Also I added in new specs fitting GTA V along with LODs!

Installation:
add the 8 files, example name: "ig_armando_torres" to the addon peds pack.
follow this route: Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ addonpeds \ dlc.rpf \ peds.rpf \
or you can also install it as a replace by renaming the ped to what you want!
Ex: changing the name "ig_armando_torres" to "ig_barry" and replacing that model.

What is included in this mod:
They both have all of their original GTA IV clothing and weights which has been fit to work well in GTA V! I added the correct specs and ymt material edits to this model in order to bring them up to date and make them appear more in tune with the ambient peds in GTA V!
Their models have facial animations that work very well with GTA V! Terry did an amazing job on this part of the model as it works great for cutscenes! Just doesn't work with story peds as it is not a skeleton made specific to those.
I have added LODs to these peds, so they can be seen from far away!
These ped models use the mp freemode skeleton and thus can work with cutscenes and animations that play better for those types of models!

How to Use:
In order to spawn or play as either the Armando or Henrique ped model in game, enter the model's name into "spawn ped by model name" via simple trainer.
(If you do not have this trainer, then just type the name in the designated area of your current trainer):
ig_armando_torres
ig_henrique_bardas
If you use simple trainer you can add the model name to the ini file of trainer v and you then won't have to input the name every time in game!
Just list it under the addonpeds section!
If you decide to use MapBuilder/map editor for creating scenes with these guys, then be sure to add the name to the top of the "ped list" in order to spawn them for your creations!
Just be sure to credit Terry Kaffarov if you make videos with them and don't forget to add the video to this mod page for people to watch!

Terry Kaffarov does an amazing job at rigging these peds and I even got Luis Lopez with all his original outfits from IV and all his ped props (helmets and earpiece) from GTA IV as well!
